You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

When using our biometric capture technology, you or your organization are responsible for obtaining appropriate informed consent from individuals whose biometric data is being processed. You must comply with all applicable biometric privacy laws and regulations.
You acknowledge that biometric processing occurs on the end-user's device and that raw video data is not transmitted or stored. Only derived health measurements and related metadata are transmitted to our servers and your designated systems.
The Services, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, and other content, are owned by or licensed to Spectro AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to data you submit to the Services. By using the Services, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use your data solely to provide and improve the Services.
IMPORTANT: The Services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Our biometric measurements are designed to support insurance underwriting and risk assessment processes. They should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding medical conditions.
The measurements provided are estimates and should be used in conjunction with other underwriting information and guidelines. Accuracy may vary based on individual factors, lighting conditions, and device capabilities.
Access to certain Services requires payment of fees as specified in your service agreement or subscription plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We may use third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms and privacy policies.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any measurements or analytics provided through the Services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPECTRO AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for all claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Spectro AI and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Spectro AI operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

These Terms, together with any service agreements or privacy policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Spectro AI regarding the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
